ABOUT JPS CANADA
JPS Canada was born out of a passion for helping people – and fixing things. A self-proclaimed “service guy,” President Jean Paul Moniz launched the business back in 2004 after years of experience working with HVAC, in various construction settings, including condo construction, installation, start-up and warranty; he quickly became the go-to expert for Canada’s largest manufacturers, high-developers, and engineers alike. This unique and extensive exposure from concept stages to end-of-service life of fan coils, equipped him with unmatched hands-on education. Jean Paul’s compassion for Canadians paired with his commitment to honesty and integrity, led to the creation of JPS Canada and continues to allow him to share, educate, and enhance the industry one client at a time.
Today, the human experience remains at the heart of JPS Canada. We truly believe that the HVAC business is–above anything else–a people business. This comes through in our unrelenting commitment to customer satisfaction–but also in the way we upskill, train and care for our employees, and foster close friendships with many of our vendor partners.

We make sure every new employee receives one-on-one, intensive training and a lengthy apprenticeship with senior staff before heading out solo into the field.
